MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING – August 19, 2008 5:00 PM
Selectmen Present: Eric R. Munson, Jr., Steven DellaGiustina and Thomas Paine
Also Present: Wayne Carr and Attorney Jeremia Pollard
The Board of Selectmen awarded the truck bid to Truck Center with the request that they relook at their bottom line.
Attorney Pollard discussed the draft of the RFP for the possible cell tower located at 162 Colebrook River Road. Attorney Pollard will contact AT&T and Verizon to discuss the lease agreement term to be sure that the RFP will contain the term that will be considered. Also, Attorney Pollard will include in the agreement the Special Permit process.
